- Since AAAP 2026 offers conference participation tickets, registrants will access these services in person at the event venue.
- All products and services transacted on aaap2026.org are provided in the form of electronic documents and will be delivered to the registrant via the email address provided by the registrant when completing the transaction on the website.
- The registrant is responsible for providing accurate contact information and a valid email address to receive service confirmations and/or tickets from aaap2026.org. We shall not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect contact details or email addresses provided by the buyer, including failure to receive tickets, service confirmations, or important updates related to the purchased tickets/services.
- Any other delivery methods (if applicable) shall be discussed and mutually agreed upon between aaap2026.org and the registrant should such a need arise. Any additional costs incurred for these delivery methods (if any) shall be negotiated and agreed upon in writing and/or via message or email by both parties.
