This document outlines the official procedure for submitting a formal complaint regarding any aspect of the AAAP 2026 Congress and for receiving a resolution. All participants are required to use this procedure to ensure their concern is properly documented, investigated, and addressed by the Organizing Committee.

  • All complaints shall be resolved based on negotiation and mutual agreement. If an agreement cannot be reached, either party shall have the right to submit the matter to a competent State authority for resolution in accordance with applicable laws.
  • The complaints might be submitted to AAAP 2026 through the following methods:

    • Submit a complaint in person at address: 9th Floor, VUSTA Building, Alley 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam
  • Procedure for Receipt and Resolution are
    • The Congress Secretariat will acknowledge receipt of the formal complaint in writing (email) within two (2) working days and proceed to verify the relevant information.
    • The results of the complaint will be handled within three (03) working days from the date the verification and processing of information are completed.
    • We will make every effort to verify information and resolve complaints promptly. In cases falling outside the capacity or authority of the Congress, the complaint will be requested to be submitted to the competent State authority for resolution in accordance with the law.
