This Registration Policy, established by the Organizing Committee of the 21st Asian-Australasian Association of Animal Production Societies (AAAP 2026) Animal Science Congress (“the Congress”), outlines the mandatory terms, conditions, and procedures for all participant registrations. It is designed to ensure an equitable, orderly, and efficient process for delegates, presenters, and committee members. By completing your registration, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the provisions set forth in this policy, as well as all other published congress guidelines.
- All attendees, including presenting authors, speakers, session chairs, and committee members, must register officially through the congress website to gain access to the venue and scientific sessions.
- Registrations are categorized (e.g., Full Delegate, Student, Day-Pass, Accompanying Person). Participants must register under the correct category and provide valid proof (e.g., student ID) if required.
- The presenting author of each accepted abstract must complete their paid registration by September 15, 2026. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the automatic withdrawal of the abstract from the final program and proceedings.
- Registration is only confirmed upon the Organization Committee’s receipt of a completed online form and full payment. A formal confirmation e-ticket/invoice will be sent via email.
- A registration may be transferred to another person from the same organization upon written request to the Secretariat before 1 September 2026, subject to an administrative fee and any difference in registration category fees.
- The Secretariat will issue official Visa Invitation Letters only to fully registered and paid participants upon request. This letter is intended to assist with the visa application process but does not guarantee visa issuance.
