This policy outlines the conditions and process for cancelling your AAAP 2026 registration and requesting a refund. It is important to review the deadlines and fees that apply. Submitting a registration constitutes your agreement to these terms.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat. For requests received on or before 1 September 2026, a refund will be issued minus a 20% administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after September 1, 2026, or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed to the original payer via the original payment method within 30 business days after the congress concludes.
  • In the event the congress is postponed, registrations will automatically be transferred to the new dates.
  • If the congress is canceled, registrants will be offered a full refund of the registration fee paid. The Organizing Committee is not liable for any other costs incurred.
