INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING AND SUBMITTING ORAL PRESENTATIONS

1. Purpose

To ensure academic excellence, consistency in presentation format, and an optimal experience for all attendees, the AAAP 2026 Organizing Committee strongly recommends that all speakers/oral presenters use the AAAP 2026 PPT template for ORAL presentations.

2. Oral Template

The Oral presentation template is available at this link and could be included: (1) Speaker Introduction (Slide 0), (2) Title and author(s) affiliation, (3) Contents, (4) Introduction of research background, (5) Knowledge gap / Research problem, (6) Objectives, (7) Materials and methods, (8) Results, (9) Conclusion, (10) Acknowledgement.

For Plenary, Keynote, and Invited Speakers, the presentation structure and content may be adjusted as appropriate to the nature, objectives, and requirements of their respective sessions.

3. Presentation time

The presenters are required to be in the room 15 minutes in advance before starting the presentation. The presentation time is 12 minutes including Q&A.

4. Presenter Introduction (Slide 0)

Before the presentation, the Organizing Committee will display a slide introducing the presenter during the Session Chair’s introduction and invite the speaker to present. Please fill in the side 0 for the introduction information, including: (1) Full name, (2) Academic Title, (3) Affiliation, (4) Main research directions, (5) Outstanding achievements or areas of expertise (max 80 words), Headshot avatar photo (personal, simple, clear background)

5. Presentation Format, Font, and Language

  1. Required slide size: 16:9 widescreen
  2. The language of presentation: English
  3. Recommended fonts: Aptos, Calibri, Arial, Segoe UI
  4. Recommended font size in pt: Slide title (≥32), Main content (≥24), Image Caption (≥18), Chart Annotation (≥18)

Presenters should prioritize clarity, readability from a distance, and visual balance, particularly when presenting charts, tables, and scientific images.

The following are not recommended: (1) Excessively long text passages, (2) Complex animations and non-essential graphics, (3) Images depicting violence, politically sensitive content, or content that may raise animal welfare concerns.

6. How to submit your PPT presentation

  1. To submit your PPT presentation, please follow the steps:
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Go to the list of your manuscript(s)
  4. Locate the accepted oral manuscript(s)
  5. Click on the button Submit Your Presentation in orange color
  6. Choose PPT presentation file (max 20 MB)
  7. Click on the button Submit in blue color to upload your file onto the system
  8. Check your email to be sure your submission is successfully complete
