INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING AND SUBMITTING POSTER PRESENTATIONS

1. Purpose

To ensure academic excellence, consistency in presentation format, and optimal experience for all attendees, the AAAP 2026 Organizing Committee strongly recommends that all poster presenters use the AAAP 2026 PPT Template for POSTER presentations.

2. Poster template

The PPT template is available at this link and could be included: (1) Title, (2) Authors and Affiliations, (3) Introduction, (4) Objectives, (5) Materials and Methods, (6) Results (can be in table(s) and/or figure(s)) and Discussion, (7) Conclusion, (8) Acknowledgements, (9) QR Code/Contact Information

3. Poster Format, Size, Font, and Language

  1. Poster Size: A0 Portrait (84.1cm (W) × 118.9cm (H))
  2. Language: English.
  3. Recommended fonts: Aptos, Calibri, Arial, Segoe UI
  4. Recommended font sizes in pt: (1) Poster Title (70–90), Section Headings (50–60), Main Content (32–40), Figure/Table captions (≥24), Chart Labels / Annotations (≥24)

The following are not recommended: (1) Excessively long text passages, (2) Overcrowded layouts, (3) Decorative elements that distract from scientific content, (4) Images depicting violence, politically sensitive content, or content that may raise animal welfare concerns, (5) Low-resolution images or unreadable charts

Presenters are encouraged to prioritize visual clarity, concise content, and well-organized figures and tables.

4. How to submit your POSTER presentation

To submit your PPT presentation, please follow the steps:

  1. Save or convert your PPT poster into the PDF file format
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Go to the list of your manuscript(s)
  4. Locate the accepted poster manuscript(s)
  5. Click on the button Submit Your Presentation in orange color
  6. Choose your poster presentation file in PDF format (max 20 MB)
  7. Click on the button Submit in blue color to upload your file onto the system
  8. Check your email to be sure your submission is successfully completed

5. Poster Presentation Submission

Deadline for submission of PPT file(s): 01 October 2026

6. Poster Printing

The AAAP Secretariat will print free of charge and display your posters on your behalf on the board corresponding to your ID number(s).
