Guideline for Speakers

1. ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

This document is an Abstract submission guideline for AAAP 2026 speakers. Please submit the abstract before 15 August 2026 from your AAAP 2026 account.

Step 1. Prepare your Abstract

You are invited to submit one-page paper to AAAP 2026 at https://submission.aaap2026.org/. Submission guidelines and one-page paper template are available at https://aaap2026.org/one-page-paper/.

As you are a speaker, your abstract is not limited to one A4 page and does not have to follow the structure of a one-page paper. However, format, citation and references must follow the submission guidelines.

Step 2. Create your AAAP 2026 account

If you do not have AAAP 2026 account, please create an account at https://submission.aaap2026.org/.

Step 3. Submit your Abstract

After logging into your account, please click on the Submission menu to start the submission.

Fill in the required fields named Title of One-Page Paper, Author name(s), Author affiliation(s), Name and Email of presenting Author. Fill in the rest of the required fields by typing See attached file.

Select Speaker in Topic field and Oral in Presentation type field.

Upload your abstract file in the Word format to Upload Paper on MS Word Format field.

Click Submit button to complete the submission.

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION

For administrative reasons, we kindly ask all speakers to fill in the form, including your personal information, your portrait photo and your brief biography at https://forms.gle/xA7185FTc3gxmkUK8. Your portrait photos and your brief biography will be used for posting on the AAAP 2026 Congress website. Ignore this step if you have done.
