To ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process at the AAAP 2026, the Organizing Committee provides the following instructions for registration, QR code scanning, and conference badge collection for each group of delegates.
For pre-registered delegates, a personal QR code will be sent via email or SMS. Upon arrival at the conference, delegates should open their QR code and present it for scanning at the check-in counter to verify their information, complete the check-in process, and collect their conference badge.
For on-site registration, delegates should first scan the QR code displayed in the registration area and complete the registration form as instructed. Once registration is complete, they will receive a personal QR code and should proceed to the check-in counter to collect their conference badge.
After collecting their badges, delegates should use their personal QR codes as instructed by the Organizing Committee when accessing their assigned meeting rooms and dining areas.
AAAP 2026 will take place from October 28–31, 2026, at the National Convention Center in Hanoi, Vietnam. The conference will bring together scientists, experts, and industry representatives to exchange knowledge, strengthen collaboration, and advance sustainable animal production.
