As part of the 21st Asian-Australasian Association of Animal Production (AAAP 2026), the Eastvet Symposium will showcase solutions to support the control of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) and strengthen biosecurity in livestock production. The symposium will take place from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM on 30 October 2026 in Room 07 at the National Convention Center in Hanoi, Vietnam.
During the symposium, speaker Jesus Horacio Lara will present Avimex solutions for PRRS control, an important disease challenge in pig production.
In addition, speaker Nguyễn Ngọc Tân will introduce Fumi Block, a fumigation-based disinfection solution described as safer than the conventional method of combining formaldehyde with potassium permanganate (KMnO₄).
The Eastvet Symposium will provide participants with an opportunity to learn about practical solutions for PRRS control and disinfection, contributing to improved disease prevention and enhanced biosecurity in livestock production.
